Boat Rental Rules

Age and License Requirements:

The renter must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid boat driving license. If you do not have a license, the company provides the option to drive with a guide.

Booking Procedure:

Boat reservations can only be made via phone or email. The reservation is considered valid only once the relevant confirmation is received from our company.

Rental Duration:

The rental duration is determined in consultation with the company. The renter can choose the desired duration and will be informed about the price and available hours.

Boat Insurance:

All boats have full insurance for damages caused to third parties or other material damages. However, in case of an accident or damage to the boat due to negligence or violation of safety rules, the renter is responsible for the cost of the damage.

Rental Areas:

The renter must follow the designated routes and not depart from the areas defined as permissible for the boat’s navigation. Entry into hazardous areas or navigation during bad weather conditions is prohibited.

Fuel Policy:

Each boat is equipped with a fuel meter. Upon return of the boat, the meter will show the amount of fuel consumed, and the renter will pay for the fuel used.

Renter’s Responsibilities and Liabilities:

The renter is required to return the boat at the agreed time and in good condition. Any damage or breakage that occurs during the rental must be compensated by the renter.

Protection from Bad Weather:

If the weather conditions do not permit safe use of the boat (e.g. stormy winds or rain), the rental can be postponed or canceled at no cost to the renter.

Boat and Environmental Protection Policy:

The renter is required to comply with all rules for the protection of the marine environment and avoid littering or causing pollution.

Availability and Changes:

The company reserves the right to make changes to the rented boat or offer another boat in case the initially selected one is unavailable.

Agreement Signature:

Before receiving the boat, the renter is required to sign the rental agreement and accept the terms and conditions.

Disclaimer for Loss or Damage to Property:

The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of the renter’s property during the rental period.

Boat Delivery and Early Return:

The renter is required to return the boat before sunset. Early return of the boat does not entitle the renter to a refund.

Prohibition of Handling the Boat by Unfamiliar Persons:

The renter is not allowed to permit anyone aboard the boat during the rental period to operate the boat.
